What situations are eligible for free repair during the warranty period?
During the warranty period, faults caused by the equipment's own quality problems can enjoy free repair services, including: motherboard failure, power supply problems, chip failure, etc. Man-made damage, natural disasters, unstable voltage and other non-quality problems are not covered by free warranty.
How soon will I get a response after submitting a work order?
Our technical support team will reply to your work order within 24 hours (working days). For urgent issues, please contact us through the service hotline, and we will provide priority handling.
How long does equipment maintenance take?
The standard maintenance cycle is 5-7 working days after receiving the equipment. Complex issues may take longer, and we will inform you of the maintenance progress in a timely manner. Expedited maintenance service (additional charge) is available, which can be completed within 3 working days.
How to check the warranty status of the equipment?
You can enter the device serial number through the SN inquiry page, and the system will display the purchase date, warranty expiration date and maintenance records of the device. You can also contact customer service staff to provide device information for inquiry.
How to charge for services outside the warranty period?
For maintenance services outside the warranty period, we charge the cost of accessories and manual service fees. We will provide a quotation before maintenance, and carry out the maintenance only after your confirmation. Old customers can enjoy a 10% discount on maintenance fees.
