Effective Date: August 1, 2025 Important Note: Registering/placing an order is deemed as acceptance of this agreement.

Please read the bolded clauses carefully (which involve liability limitations and significant rights).

 

I. Account Registration and Usage

 

Eligibility Requirements 

Users must be at least 18 years old and not residents of sanctioned countries/regions. 

 

 Purchasers of mining machines are required to provide real-name authentication (enterprise users shall submit their business licenses).

 

 Account Security

 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. HASHBEAR shall not be liable for account theft losses not caused by system vulnerabilities. 

 

Transferring accounts and using technical means to interfere with the operation of the website are prohibited.

 

 

II. Trading Rules for Mining Machine Products

 

  1. Orders and Payments

    Conditions for order validation: Full payment is completed (supports fiat currency/cryptocurrency payment).

 

Cryptocurrency payment: Settlement is based on the exchange rate at the moment of block confirmation during payment, and users shall bear the fluctuation risks.

 

  1. Delivery and Acceptance
    Delivery time: Within 3 working days after payment (for pre-sale products, subject to the announcement on the page).

 

Key Acceptance Obligations:
On-site inspection is required upon receipt:

 

  • Integrity of the outer packaging

  • Consistency between the mining machine's SN code and the order

  • Status of the power-on indicator light
    (Failure to provide feedback within 24 hours will be deemed as qualified acceptance)

 

III. After-Sales Service Terms

 

Warranty Coverage

The whole machine comes with a 1-year warranty (3 months for vulnerable parts such as fans), starting from the activation time on the official website. 

 

 Exemption Scenarios: × Overclocking/modified firmware × Operation with non-standard voltage × Excessive dust/humidity in the mining farm

 

 After-Sales Process 

Implement the "HASHBEAR Mining Machine After-Sales Warranty Agreement" ([attached link]). The freight rules follow the principle of "AA for in-warranty, borne by the user for out-of-warranty".

 

 

IV. User Obligations and Risk Notification

 

Hardware Usage Risks 

Mining machines must operate in a well-ventilated environment (recommended temperature < 35°C). Damages caused by high temperatures are not covered by the warranty. 

 

 Hash rate fluctuations are affected by blockchain difficulty adjustments, and HASHBEAR does not promise fixed returns. 

 

 Legal Compliance Commitment

 You must ensure that the mining farm complies with local environmental protection and electricity regulations. Penalties resulting from illegal operations have nothing to do with Party B.

 

V. Limitation of Liability

 

 

Scenario Responsibility Scope Description
Website service interruption In case of service interruption due to hacker attacks, server maintenance, etc., we shall not be liable for the indirect losses caused by the shutdown of mining machines.
Risks of third-party links This site may contain promotional links to mining pools/wallets. Users shall bear the risks themselves after using them.
Force majeure

 

When performance of the contract becomes impossible due to earthquakes, policy bans, etc., both parties may negotiate to terminate the contract.

 

 

 

VI. Intellectual Property Rights

 

All content on the website (images, texts/UV codes) is copyrighted by Dong'ao Xiong Information Technology Co., Ltd.

 

The following are strictly prohibited:

 

× Reverse engineering of mining machine firmware
× Crawling of real-time hashrate data on the website
× Misappropriation of the HASHBEAR brand logo

 

VII. Modification and Termination of the Agreement

 

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Major changes will be notified via website announcements/emails. 

We may permanently ban your account if you engage in the following behaviors: 

• Malicious bulk ordering 

• Spreading vulnerabilities of mining machine firmware

• Forging after-sales certificates

 

 VIII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

 

Governing Law: The laws of the People's Republic of China. 

 

Dispute Resolution: 

Priority shall be given to negotiation (customer service email: dax@dongaoxiong.com);

 

If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court for arbitration.
