Mining machine SN code, fault description, and purchase certificate (for warranty verification)
Service Process Information:
Maintenance records, inspection reports, and communication records (for service quality tracking)
Special Notes:
We will never collect: Your cryptocurrency wallet private keys, mining pool account passwords, and other asset-related sensitive information; You need to back up by yourself:
Please remove personal configurations in the mining machine
(such as mining pool address, wallet address, etc.) before repair.
III. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We only share data in the following necessary scenarios:
Sharing with Partners
- Logistics companies (only providing name/address/phone number required for delivery)
- Authorized repair centers (only sharing device SN code and fault description)
Legal Requirements
Disclosure as required by regulatory authorities and judicial institutions in accordance with the law
Security Commitment: All partners have signed confidentiality agreements, which prohibit the use of data for any purposes unrelated to after-sales services.
IV. Data Storage and Protection
Storage Period
- Identity information: Automatically anonymized 6 months after the completion of after-sales services
- Equipment maintenance records: Retained for 1 year after the mining machine is scrapped (for quality traceability)
Security Measures
- Technical level: SSL encrypted transmission, isolated storage of maintenance data
- Management level: Employee confidentiality training, hierarchical access control based on permissions
