When you apply for after-sales services (repair / return and exchange), we may collect the following information:

Name, contact phone number, and delivery address (for service delivery)

Device Information:

Mining machine SN code, fault description, and purchase certificate (for warranty verification)

Service Process Information:

Maintenance records, inspection reports, and communication records (for service quality tracking)

Special Notes:

We will never collect: Your cryptocurrency wallet private keys, mining pool account passwords, and other asset-related sensitive information; You need to back up by yourself:

Please remove personal configurations in the mining machine

(such as mining pool address, wallet address, etc.) before repair.

Storage Period

  • Identity information: Automatically anonymized 6 months after the completion of after-sales services
  • Equipment maintenance records: Retained for 1 year after the mining machine is scrapped (for quality traceability)

 

Security Measures

  • Technical level: SSL encrypted transmission, isolated storage of maintenance data
  •  Management level: Employee confidentiality training, hierarchical access control based on permissions
