Free warranty service is provided within 1 year from the date of receipt of the mining machine (subject to sales records).
- Man-made damage (impact, liquid intrusion, unauthorized modification, etc.);
- Abnormal use environment (unstable voltage, high temperature and high humidity, etc.);
- Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure;
- Malfunctions caused by operation not in accordance with the instruction manual.
II. After-Sales Repair Submission Process (Formulated according to the flow chart)

1.Repair Application: The customer submits a repair application through the official customer service to obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Product Delivery: The customer can choose from the following options.-Send for repair by express delivery (see Article IV for freight rules)
- Arrange for a driver to pick up the product (limited to cooperating logistics areas)
- Deliver the product in person (to the designated service point)
3. Receipt and Inspection: HASHBEAR will complete registration and fault detection within 24 hours after signing for receipt, and feedback the inspection report to the customer.
4. Repair Processing: HASHBEAR will complete the repair within 10 working days after confirming the fault (special cases will be notified separately).
5. Factory Inspection: HASHBEAR will conduct a comprehensive performance test after repair to ensure it meets the operating standards.
6. Return to Customer: HASHBEAR provides the following options for return:
- Send back by express delivery (see Article IV for freight rules)
- - Arrange for a driver to deliver (limited to cooperating areas)
- - Customer self-pickup (collect from the service point)
The driver's delivery/pick-up service is only available in areas covered by HASHBEAR's cooperative logistics.
The specific scope shall be subject to the information provided by the customer service.
IV. Data and Privacy Statement
During the repair process, it may be necessary to reset the mining machine system. Customers must back up their data by themselves
(such as mining pool configurations, wallet information, etc.), and HASHBEAR shall not be liable for data loss.
The stored data in the faulty mining machine will be completely cleared after the repair is completed.
V. Agreement Effectiveness and Dispute Resolution
This agreement has the same legal effect as the sales contract. For matters not covered herein, the provisions of
the HASHBEAR Product Purchase Agreement shall prevail.
If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be submitted to the people's court at the location of Party
B (Dong'aoxiong Information Technology Co., Ltd.) for litigation.
